I was interviewed at Wilson street. The interviewer only interviewed me 30 minutes.
I have one company was dormant at moment. They asked me if I did provide service for this company and if this company run the business.
Also ask me about the office: my register address is my home address. My home is owned by me. And I told them, mostly we all work at the regus center business lounge, they have all facilities which extactly the same as private office
Also ask me do I have any contract now. I said no.
How many clients I have each month: I said around 20
Why my website is built on 2016, I said I have a website on 2014 but it was built by ourselves and find a agency called XYS help US do a new one.
Also ask me do I have any other income apart of my business . I said no. I want to check here I paid salary from my company. Is this from my business?
Thanks
Good luck again
I think I need proof more documents to confirm what I am saying is correct
Did you go for video link interview or face to face ?
Did they ask you to sign on the answers transcript at the end of the interview ?

They interview me via Skype. Didn't sign any paper.
How about yours? The interview process for me only 30 minutes.

Hi Suvalike,
I am sorry to hear your AR rejection.
How can they insist on contracts/invoices when there is no such requirements stated in the guidelines!! this is very misleading for us.
Also, can you please tell me what points did they remove in AR?
What is PAP and in JR are we allowed to present new evidence?
Wish you best luck with further process.

(HO can insist on anything(Might is right)...they even asked me why did i submit un-audited accounts while my business is a small business. Why are they not audited)

What is PAP and in JR are we allowed to present new evidence? Yes.

Why are you applying for JR and PAP (I did not even know that was still allowed) and not putting in a new application?
You failed the genuineness test, so why not reapply and make a stronger case?
Genuineness is an important part of this visa.
It would be good if your employees are still working for you (it seems many hire for exactly two years and that is it. While the HO does need a bureaucratic minimum threshold, it doesn't seem genuine or sustainable when employees 'mysteriously' are not there)
It would be good if since applying you have generated significant more business (if not then why would you want to extend anyway??)

Seasky, PAP and JR are not covered by immigration rules. Rather, there are laws in place that allow you to challenge the decisions made by any public body.
PAP and JR come under these laws.
Appeals, which were covered by immigration rules, are no longer allowed.
JRs are much costlier than appeals, and do not extend one's leave under section 3C (unlike appeals).

Hi Seasky,
Can you please explain how will reapplication work in this specific case? does Suvalike have to show £50,000/£200,000 again in his account?

^^I think SeaSky is talking about reapplying for extension, not a new initial application.

Ah thanks for explanation. I think it makes it even stronger for a reapplication (which we see many on this forum)
HO -is allowed- to do genuine test and fail you. It is by definition subjective. so not sure what PAP/JR will help you here? Lastly in the meanwhile you have no 3C so cannot work in your business... (well maybe if no salary)

I do not know how does reapplication procedure work, can someone pls explain e.g.
When it should be done (after AR or can be done before AR)
within what time it should be done?
what documents? (what corrections should be made in reapplication e.g. Suvalike case )
and finally is it worthwhile to attempt reapplication?
where can read about reapplication guidelines?
many thanks in advance

In case if i get the rejection in AR....then i can apply for fresh application within 14 days.
Yes. Focus on AR for now.
Do i have to show the two employees only up to that period while i applied for initial extension application.
Same as before
Do i need to submit the recent accounts or just those which i sent for the initial extension application ?
No. Only new bank accounts for maintenance + new current appointment report
What if i want to leave the country ...Do i have to leave within 14 days too or 28 days after rejection of AR.
You should also leave as soon as you can or you could be detained.
You should leave voluntarily within 90 days after AR is refused, otherwise you get re-entry ban.
Hi Zimba88 and all members,
Just a couple of questions
In this case can the applicant apply for another visa category after AR refusal instead of reapplying for T1E extension?
If the person leaves the UK voluntarily, is he/she able to apply for a new visa within 1 year of AR refusal.
Thanks
