Shop 1 company A 5000 qualifying investment
Shop 3 Company C 170000 qualifying invetment
Salary -15000
Directors loan 30000 in 2022

total investment 190000

Please guide if i am on the right track and need to add more 10000 to make it 200000.

Rent Deposits were paid to owners through sellers solicitor will be counted or not?

shop 2 company B was sold and withdrew those funds which will not be be deducted from the qualifying investment.

It is neither 1 or 2.

You have listed what you spent money on, not what you invested INTO the business.

So it is not possible to say what your investment is
