Tier 1 Entrepreneur Processing Time (Extension Applications ONLY)

I am planning to apply for tier 1 entrepreneur visa by maintaining 200k funds for 10 days in India to move from tier 4 to tier 1 entrepreneur. Do I need to maintain full 200k funds till I get Visa. Why I am asking this question because, If I withdraw total money from account after I get a letter from bank and apply for visa, during the visa process, if UK BA asks again for up to date letter from Bank then I may not able to submit it with in 7 working days. Could you please help me in this scenario what to do.

Can please some body clear me few things.
1. ''The report must show your name, as named in your application form, as the Director of a business that is actively trading and not struck-off, or dissolved or in liquidation on the date that the printout was produced''.
I register the company and got only two documents from Companies House which are certificate of incorporation and memorandum of association'' .
I can not see my name as a director is mentioned on both the documents only my name is mentioned on memorandum of association as under Name of each subscriber.is this what shows me as a director?
My 2nd question is
The date of this document should be within the three months immediately before the date of this application.
Means i need to submit my application within 90 days of incorporation not after 90 days of incorporation ?
Kindly any help will b much appreciated .

Can you please give me some information regarding you legal representative letter. Is there any information like saying the solicitor is the member of so and so regulated body?

1. have u applied on the basis of 50k or 200k investment?
2. Did u show funds with in the UK or abroad?

Any one have Idea on processing times these days? According to the posts in the blog applicants in May got their visas with in 4-5 weeks. But the applicants of June have not yet got their processes done even after 8-10 weeks.
Please update if any one have got visas in August.

I called on the number given on website but they are not telling any thing they just said you have to wait .. They will not tell anything untill 6 months i think.....
Is there any other way to know about application ????

Have you got any news from UKBA? It seems that UKBA has problems for replying and there isnt any sense of helping.

I hope at least some of us get response from UKBA this week. Surprisingly they are keep updating that they are started considering new applications every week, but not completing the processes of old applications from last 3 months.
Pray for all and hope for the best... pls post if any one got any info from UKBA.

Hi there, You wont get any answer about the progress of your application. What they would say, just wait or withdraw which is not fair. It's gonna be really hassle for most cases. It's got to be a substantial reform in UKBA internally. Thought UK is a good system, but after all... I guess many countries out there are better than what UK is.

It seems they are temporarily halted processing of tier-1 (Entrepreneur) application in-order to process the student and PSW applications which they put in pending from March.
Some of my friends who applied for PSW Visas in Feb-March were getting their visas in 3rd &4th week of Aug.
Please give your guess why the all applications made from June are still pending...
Please update if any one get visas or any communication from case worker.

Its really hard time man.

I also heard that for Tier 1 General also they are taking long time.
My friend told me that one of his friend is waiting more than 6 months now for Tier 1 G extension.

bio 22 june (I think)
decision. Visa granted on 05th july 2012

Bio. 02 May
Decision
Visa Granted. 26 june

App4
same cat funds in uk
Applied 12 july
Bio 20 july
Result. visa granted on 4th Sep

And many more
