tier 1 entrepreneur visa maintenance fund supporting from family member

dear
please advice me
one of my cousin going to apply tier 1 entrepreneur visa isle of man visa application submitted on 20 march 2020, and she have her grand parent bank account to show her maintenance funds please anyone can advice me she can use her grandfather bank account to show maintenance funds please

my cousin from India and she got grandfather bank statement and notary public letter confirming her grandfather can support funds her visa application.
