Tier 1 Extension 50k Visa Granted after 18 Months

Hi



One of my Friend applied for Tier 1 Entp. Extension in Sep 2016 and approved after 18 Months



Appllied- Sep 2016
Biometric Letter Recived- Oct 2016
Biometric Done- Oct 2016
VFS Interview in London- Feb 2017
Exceptional circumstances Letter recived- Nov 2017 (After 1 year from Apply Date)
IHS Partial Refund- 21/02/2018
Partial Documents Recived- 06/03/2018 (No Passport and other Original Documents)
Called UKVI today regdarding partial documents without decision letter and passport and they confirm, sometime its happens and its arrived in 2-3 diffrent packets.
Meantime today Morning- BRP cards Arrived from Start date 02/03/2018- 02/03/2020
Waiting for remaining documents and Passports
Business Type- IT Consultancy
Route- 50k Extension (Director Loan)
Virtual Office.

Just 50 Days remaining for ILR (10 years route)

You Can't check it online now days. Just wait for IHS refund or any Letter from UKVI.

Kindly desist from posting in topics asking about online checking. Zimba88 already advised you on 15th January that there is no online status check anymore.

congratulations to ur friend.. but this is very normal practice of home office .. where they have granted visa after 18months, 15 months and 16 months.. esp when someone is just few months away from ILR(10 years) .. i have seen 5 cases within these 2 months..

Sorry that was Service office and not Virtual Office and they ask lots of questions regarding that. like- size of office, how many windows, PC's & Printers, outside location near to office, how you go there, where you park yur vechile lots of other basic question related to office.

Hello, with your IHS Partial refund, what's the transaction date shown? I received the refund on 26/02/18, it is weird that the transaction date shown as 26/08/17.
My timeline is quite similar with you, applied at the end of Aug 2016. Interview in London in Feb 2017. receive partial refund last month, but no other update.
I called UKVI to check the progress, they said the application has not yet been completed! nearly 19 months now.

I’m in 10 month now.... I receive partial IHS Refund on 31 jan-18... and I applied 200k ext...

Nothing heard anything yet...
