You can combine two part time jobs as if single job and you can change the actual employee, in the process. So as long as the FT worker continued for at least a year, you are good to go for one job/year (you need two...I assume you are not transitional)

There is no official guidance on hour calculation so I cannot give you a 100% answer.
However I made an attempt to show how to calculate the hours for part time workers: uk-tier-1-entrepreneur-visas/criteria-f ... l#p1437307

hi Zimba,

I wants to clear that one part time worker working 06 hrs/week and other part timer working 24hrs/week if we combine them they worked 30hrs/week (which fulfil their requirement)

And person full time who replace them also working 32hrs/week with no gap between leaver and starter (RTI clearly shows) and on same designation.

Is there any issue.

Note i have one more full timer which dont have any issue.

please clarify it .

best regards

hi Zimba,

Let me tell you how we can calculate the hours.

No of hours worked a month X no of months / no of weeks per year

Say.......worked 26 hrs/Month
No of months 12
No of week per year 52

so 26*12/52 =6 hrs per week

Re: Payroll Hours table

Post by wahmed786 » Mon Apr 17, 2017 10:00 am

zimba88 wrote:Well there is no guide on hour calculation so I cannot give you an answer. For part time calculation, I think you could calculate the total hours or the equivalent of full time weeks from your part time job from the data you have.

On the visa form you should write the period of an employment and its hourly rate. You also provide payslips for such period.

So for example, you have a 7 months part time employee (31 weeks) for hourly rate of £15 and you totally paid him £8370 for this period.
Start with £8370 / 31 weeks = £270 per week. Then £270 per week / hourly rate of £15 gives you 18 hours worked per week.
So now that you know how many hours worked per week you can multiply this by the total 31 weeks and you get 558 or total hours worked
558 hours worked can now be divided by min full time requirement (30 hour per week) which gives you almost 18.5 full time weeks.
So for this part time employment of 31 weeks, you can claim 558 hours or equivalent of 18.5 full time weeks.
no its not working like this

we always calculte on yearsly basis

formula: on of hours worked a month X no of months / no of weeks per year

Say 120 hrs per month worked
no of months 12
weeks per year 52

so 120*12/52=27.69 hrs per week

hope i clear it

Isn't it interesting that your own calculation shows you are wrong ?? :) It is huge misconception that each month is 4 weeks.
If that is how you calculate it yearly, why didn't you get 30 hours a week at the end (the min required) and got less than that, which means you did not work enough hours ?? The total hours you need per year for a full time work is 1560 hours (30 hours x 52). Based on your calculation, you only get 1439 hours (27.69 hours x 52) per year

no i took your example of 120 hrs per month. and result is 27.69 hrs per week.

as for as my own case is concerned employed two part timers with 06 and 24 hrs/per week total 30 hrs /week and in total 130hrs per month. if u calculate it

130*12/52=30hrs/weeks

I really do not know what you are talking about as ALL my examples calculate the hours on a weekly basis.

Yes. As long as they worked a total of 1560 hours

No issues there either

Do i need amend my annual accounts

Post by wahmed786 » Thu Apr 20, 2017 9:10 pm

Hi Zimba,

i wants to ask you a question, i invest £4600 as a director loan which my accountant didn't mention in my 2015-16 annual accounts but he mentioned in my 2017 annual accounts along with my remaining £46000 (total 50000) my question is should i revise my 2015-16 accounts or its ok we show these under director loan with our both directors name more then one year creditors

My second question. Shall we provide the full three years business statement or one year.

My third question. The majority of the investment made through my personal account to my business account only two transfers has been made my other directors accounts to biz account is there is any issue?

Please answer and explain me i shall be grateful to you and all other persons.

regards
