i wants to ask you a question, i invest £4600 as a director loan which my accountant didn't mention in my 2015-16 annual accounts but he mentioned in my 2017 annual accounts along with my remaining £46000 (total 50000) my question is should i revise my 2015-16 accounts or its ok we show these under director loan with our both directors name more then one year creditors
My second question. Shall we provide the full three years business statement or one year.
One set of accounts, the most recent is enough
My third question. The majority of the investment made through my personal account to my business account only two transfers has been made my other directors accounts to biz account is there is any issue?
The money YOU claim under director's loan investment must have come from you only

If they are NOT your team members, you CANNOT rely on their investment for award of points towards your visa!

Hi Zimba,

I have one more question regarding my maintenance bank statement. On 18/04/2017 my balance was 4220 pounds before i deposit 3500 pounds in my maintenance bank account (later on i moved the 3500 to my business bank account as a director loan). but bank deduct first 3500 from my account statement because of deduction my balance drop to 720 pounds and then that add my 3500 pounds and balance again rise to 4220 on the same date.

Please tell me whether HO consider the day end balance or any time my balance drop to below my required maintenance amount that is 3465.

This is not clear from the rules but the assumption is the closing balance on each day

Good Morning Zimba,

i have one question regarding the employment.
Q.
Can we combined job 1 where One full time worker replace two part time workers during 12 months. (Both Part timers worked for first three months for 30 hrs/week (6+24) then replace by one full time (32 Hrs/week) for next 09 months)

If answer is yes, how we explain it to HO whether in accountant letter or some other way please explain

There is NO GUIDE on this. You can assume that HO will accept this under transitional arrangements but there is no guarantee

For those who successfully applied for entry clearance or switched into the route from 6 April 2014, the employment must:
 be for at least 2 separate jobs
 exist for at least a full 12 months each
Page 105 of 141 Published for Home Office staff on 06 April 2017
Examples
The following are examples of acceptable employment.
The hours of workers in 2 part-time jobs can be combined to add up to 30 hours a week or more and form the equivalent of one full-time post, as long as the 2 part-time jobs exist for 12 months. For example, if one employee worked 20 hours in a part-time job and another employee worked 10 hours in another part-time job and if they have both been employed for at least 12 months, they can be combined to one full-time job. If the applicant is combining jobs in this way, they must make it clear in their application which employees are being used.
Within the same job, a worker can replace another worker who is employed for part of a year and then leaves the job, so that the employment as a whole adds up to 12 months. However, if there is a gap between 1 worker leaving a post and another worker starting employment, the period when the post is not filled will not be counted - only periods during which a worker is employed in a post will be considered. If the applicant is combining workers within the same job, they must make it clear in their application which employees are being used.

There is no magic bullet. You must have two full time positions that have lasted for at least 12 months. Without that there is no way to get an extension.
You can go ahead and combine the part time with full time periods and claim this as a single job and hope that HO will accept that but there is no guarantee as there is no information on if that is acceptable.

RTI is a software gateway system for real-time reporting of Payroll information to HMRC.
FPS is the actual data submitted to the RTI gateway by the payroll software.
FPS report is what some payroll software generate for YOU on the payroll data submitted to HMRC via RTI.

You are advised to submit the software generated FPS reports to HO for your visa purposes.

Hi Dear Zimba,

I need your expert opinion on my annual accounts, my tax period ends in 30/04/2017. i submit my accounts as per my period ended. And i am going to apply my visa in 07th July 2017.

My question is whether i have to submit my management accounts for the month of May, June and seven days for july-17 (3 months accounts).
