Tier 1 Job Creation

Post by sandra2018 » Sun Dec 09, 2018 8:02 pm

I have a question about accelerated ILR for a tier 1 entrepreneur.

He was appointed a Director of his UK company in 2006 & was not living in the UK. He was granted initial leave as a Tier 1 entrepreneur in 2015.

Do any of the jobs created since he was appointed as Director count?
A couple of jobs were created in 2012 and are still ongoing.
The Rules seem to say that you can only start counting jobs for a year prior to initial grant of leave.

Any experts on this would be really helpful

Only jobs after grant count.

Tier 1 letter from legal representative

Post by sandra2018 » Mon Dec 10, 2018 4:46 pm

Can anyone confirm whether the legal representative who confirms the third party declaration and the letter from the bank can be the same legal rep who acts for the Tier 1 Applicant?
Thanks

As far as I am aware, yes. Can't see why that would be an issue.
