tier one entrepreneur processing time

Does anybody have one in progress or recently completed? How long did it take?

The UKBA website was doing well on time for processing for a while but seems stuck on july 12 biometric appointments for the last few weeks.

4. Date payment debited: 8 July 2011
5. Payment mode: Bank
6. Date leave to remain valid from: 17 Aug 2011
7. Date of biometric enrolment: 14 July 2011
8. Date passport / BRP received: Passport 23 Aug 2011/Waiting for BRP

You can go for another country for your business deals, tours, education and other tasks...
But you have to get visa approval before you go there........

Yes, you need visa as normal for other countries until you get your ILR.

This visa only lets you do business in UK. All other conditions would remain same.
