Tier1 Business Uk Visa Personal Bank Is Not from UK

Hello members...
I need advice on behalf of my friend that he is applying next month for tier1 2 years extension & his business accounts is well maintaned, but his maintenance accounts is below than 1000£ which is not complete three months because some direct deb is out ..what should he can do at that stage...is this possible that he can use another account which is not in UK as a maintenance account.plz need good suggestions...Thanks

As long as it is his personal account overseas, he should be able to. There doesn't seem to be anything in the immigration rules specifying that it should be UK accounts.
