Tier1 Dependant Visa

Hi,
My tier1 entrepreneur visa going to expire for extension in coming February 2020.(only 3 month left).

my question is

i want to apply for my wife as dependent on me.

only 3 month left, is it any minimum time line for dependent visa before visa expire?

No, there isn't. However the visa will be only issued until Feb 2020
