OP said he does not have maintenance funds needed for a fresh application. OP could do a fresh application explaining why the maintenance funds are not yet ready, but it is equally tough.
Hello Gok, It would be easy to overturn this in Review if your Solicitor have a copy of that covering letter which he sent with the application also in the application form itself at the end you have to list the documents, do you have a copy of that and is the accounts mentioned there.
Thanks for such a positive commentManu_cal wrote: ↑Wed Dec 20, 2017 10:24 amHello Gok, It would be easy to overturn this in Review if your Solicitor have a copy of that covering letter which he sent with the application also in the application form itself at the end you have to list the documents, do you have a copy of that and is the accounts mentioned there.
you can send a copy of that by post as soon as you do the review with a copy of your accounts. Since these are not fresh evidence and you already submitted them with the application they will be admissible.
Hope that help. Stay positive. Good luck.
Thanks seaskyseasky wrote: ↑Thu Dec 21, 2017 9:57 amI scanned every single document before sending AND in my covering letter listed each and every document
(I am a big believer in good covering letters to give context to the situation, a bit of background to your business. I believe my explanation helped me get T1e ILR in a month, and yet there could have been complications but they did not care because they saw the big picture)
Thanks M, I have some questions about JRMikeSpring wrote: ↑Fri Dec 22, 2017 7:20 pmHi
Your only other legal remedy is judicial review, very expensive and it takes considerable time for the UT to make decision. It has to be lodged within three months of AR decision.
Please feel free to pm me if you have any questions.
Yours
M.
You can't prove the document has been sent even if you have scanned it.seasky wrote: ↑Thu Dec 21, 2017 9:57 amI scanned every single document before sending AND in my covering letter listed each and every document
