I was just checking if the statment i gave is corrrect.

The interviewr asked me how i will spend 200K, so I gave the break down of the first year which sums to GBP 175K , so the balance of 25K i said i will use it for the business purpose like for additional marketig or staff If neccesary ,

Is that ok ?

Yes, it is ok if that is the truth. If it is not, it is not ok.

Anyway, an ok answer does not mean that you will get your visa. As Zimba pointed out, the decision is never made on one specific question or its answer.

In general, a genuine entrepreneur should have no reason to be concerned. You should know your business and answer accordingly.

Going by your questions on this forum, it looks like your only intention of applying for the visa is to somehow get an entry into UK and not as much to further your business. You don't seem confident about your own answers. All of those are not very good positive signs for a successful application.

I am from ND India. I do not have any past Immigration history only visit visas to UK. The questions were more specific and directly related to the business plan/funding/my experience/etc. I was told that the second interview was the last part of the process.

I personally feel that genuine entrepreneur should have no reasons to worry.

Was the questions asked similar to the one in the first interview ?? Yes

Were they strict or just as causal they are ? normal interview, lot of questions just took more time 2hrs.


What is the most important thing they keen on during interview ? Questions on Business plan.

Mine one refused 2nd time after successful admin review on same on probability. Same got all 95 points as well. Applied for admin review again two weeks ago so waiting for decision.
Make sure you submit your admin review with good grounds. You will definitely get visa at the end coz you have awarded mandatory points.

Applied oct 2018 for extension T1 outside uk refused after two interviews. Applied for admin review which was successful after three weeks. Again called for interviews after 8 weeks of successful admin review, refused again on probability with silly points. Applied again for admin review two weeks ago so lets hope for the best.
