Hi all... I got a call yesterday for an interview at home on coming Monday. I have seen the interview question on the board. I have a problem my both employees are left the job. Is that will be a problem?
Try not to worry and concerntrate on your interview and paperwork. Be confident in answering the questions. That matters.
If you say anything but with confidence that goes in your favor, in the end you have to convince the interviewer.
As you applied in Feb 2017, when did your employees leave?
Business needs/nature change and it can impact employment also. So lets say if you applied in Feb 2017 and both your employees left in Feb or March 2017 then it gives a negative impact (there is still no reason to worry as you may have your own reasons to justify that). However if they left recently it is easier to explain and justify. There can be multiple reasons. One of them is the long wait and uncertainty due to which your business could not afford to have an employee.
In my case, one of my employee left after 7 months of application so it was easier to justify during my interview. But as I said you know the reasons and your business best. As long you can explain them confidently it should not be a problem.
There is very good content on this forum regarding the interview questions. They do grill a lot on employees subject regading employee health and safefy, contracts, communication, employee rights etc. You need to be well prepared for this subject especially.
