Given your case is not straightforward, I strongly recommend that you attached a cover letter in which you explain the case in details. I had a solicitor writing it for me, but if you don't have one I'm sure if you search the web you will find something that you can use as a template. All the best!

After submitting application, the documents we upload prior Biometrics has to be prior the date of application or can we also upload documents after the submission date

Example - if submit application on 15h December 2022 , can we upload the bank statements and dated after 15th December or does it have to be before this date ,

This is answered multiple times daily on the forum. Suggest search the forum for general questions to get your answer. Also remember the forum is NOT an on demand service, we are all unpaid volunteers.

The date of applications is the date you submit and pay online. All your supporting documents must be dated on or before this date.

The biometric appointment date is irrelevant to this. This is after all only a biometric and identity check appointment

Search the forum as this has been answered hundreds of times. It is NOT about staff or their titles. It is about positions in your company. If you have created two full-time positions each maintained for 12 months, then the titles are not relevant.
