Dear Mods and Experts,

HO requested some additional documents and it was sent to them. since the documents were sent its been over three weeks and have not heard back from HO yet.

When I sent the docs I did not get acknowledgement , also when ever I HO requested documents after I send they normally get back to me with in 10 working days but this time they took long.

Is there any action I need to take ?

There is nothing that you NEED to take.

As long you have evidence of the sending and the receipt of the documents there is nothing much more that is needed

By the grace of almighty ALLAH, we got our visa approved and its valid for 2 years which is valid till 2025.

My special thanks to @marcnath and @zimba for supporting me continually.

I have few quick clarifications, after my initial visa I arrived to UK on mid of September 2019, ideally what date I can apply for ILR ?

Also can I use 4 full time jobs of settled worker from multiple business for to meet the requirement of ILR for the duration of 6 months combined or it still has to be existed for one year.

My hearty blessings for your continued support.

Congratulations on your successful extension.

Provided you meet all other conditions, the earliest you can apply is 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your visa grant date.
You need two employes to have been working for 12 months in the period starting with your extension grant date. I doubt if the COVID exception can be used any longer
