Urgent!! switch Tier4 into Tier1 (Entrepreneur)

I am currently on a Tier4 (General) visa. But due to attendance problems, my sponsor is very likely reporting me to Home Office (Could be next week). As I have already submitted my Tier1 (Entrepreneur) application to Home Office a few days ago. I was wondering whether the coming attendance report will affect my Tier1 application.
