Urgent: Vary PBS dependent application to ILR dependent (Tier 1 Entrepreneur)

Hi,

Got ILR on Feb 2020 T1 Ent 50k Route.
Dependent arrived in Uk: May-2019.
Dependent Visa Valid Until : Sep-2020.
I got 4 dependent (Partner and 3 child under 15)
what category i will apply for them? to extent their visa?
Main applicant status is changed now.
What will be the fee if they inside the uk?
Do i need to pay IHS fee?

Please advise. Thanks

Dependants remain and extend under PBS dependant visa. Visa fees may change until September. You must pay IHS for all of them covering 3 years (that is 4 x £1200)
