Changes coming in Key and qualifying criteria

Hi,

I got to know that GTV Key and qualifying criteria are changing to a new way for assessment from 1st December. I was planning to apply for endorsement around the last week of November. I am wondering should I wait to apply under new criteria after 1st December and will it have an impact on decisions as well.

It would really help if someone can share their views on the change and suggest whether waiting to apply under the new rule will be better than the current rule.
