correct definition of Mentorship

Hi, I recently applied for GTV and they rejected my that my KC2 doesnt provide enough evidence.

"Mentorship should have been done within an organised, structured and recognised mentoring scheme"

what is recognised mentoring scheme ???

How many months of mentorship did you show. Did you include how many students you mentored?

Can you elaborate what you have included under mentorship?

Is to the individual or is to through companies which provide mentorship programs
