Hi,

I applied on last week i.e. 22 november and got the documents back today.
Now, I am also looking for some other options.

As asking for frind's credit card details is also not good (or they might not like it) , so I am looking for some other reliable options and taking help from this forum.

I wrote a mail also to home office for other modes.

Hi Guys... any inputs.
I tried calling the HO as well but it goes to an auto answer which says application for 15 Nov are under consideration, but I can see post of applications got approved after that.

Hi

I applied through a immigration consultant my application progress chart is as follows

Application sent : 19/11/2007
Application recieved : 26/11/2007 ( I am assuming that the day credit card is charged)
Credit Card Charged : 26/11/2007
Reference number recieved : 28/11/2007 ( Given to me on 29th Morning by the consultant)

Awaiting further response.

I called up Home office today.

After a long wait i was able to talk to the customer care.

The person said that "We have stopped disclosing about the application status on phone. If you have the reference number that means your case is considered "

I have seen here people getting response about there application status. Can anybody comment please?

I tried the ICICI bank just go to them tell them you want to make a DD in pounds. They will direct you to their Foreign Exchange department.

Their the person will ask you a few questions as to the purpose of the DD and will ask for a proof.
I gave them the print out of the payment details page of the HSMP form.

They will ask you to fill up a few forms and you can pay the money either by account direct debit or cheque I opted for the first one and the next day you can collect the DD.

I applied on 23rd November
My timelines are

21st Nov : Application dispatched through FEDEX
23rd November: Application received at Sheffield
29th November: Got the reference Number through consultant

Have been waiting for any info since

11/19 - Sent application by TNT
11/21 - Application received at Home office
11/21 - Card debited
----no --communication---

12/04 - Received all originals with approval letter

i advice dont get tensed just wait for 21-30 days

My application was in country
Application sent 29/11
Application reached HO 30/11
Credit Card Debited 30/11
Reference number (not given, I called and asked for it) 4/12
Fax sent for pick up of documents 4/12
Called up and enquired if Fax reached, and also got to know a decision had been made, Application was accepted 5/12

They dont tell you the decision, but I some how got to know informally. I should have the documents with me by tomorrow!! ie 7/12

I tried calling up the HO Customer care, they are not ready to reveal the progress of the application.

Is there anybody who has applied after 28-11-2007 and got the approval???

I too applied around 28th but havent received any email or communication since then. but my credit card has been debited.

my Docs Reached HO on 30th of November.
Called HO on Friday and they said my application is in Payment section as my payment method was DD and it take around 5 working days. waiting for refrence number now....

Hi,

I got the original docs today.... Finally HSMP Approved ... now the hard part starts... EC..

Out of Country

Docs Sent : Nov 26
Creadit card chargred : Nov 28
Approval : Nov 29 ( got to knew it from approval letter)
Docs received : Dec 10

I called up for reference no and got one.... no email sent regarding Approval...
