Hey

I wanted to ask something. I have seen a trend on the waiting list. After June there are hardly any applicants. i know it can be coz of transitional arrangements.

Can i request everyone who have applied for tier 1 after june to post ur details.

Also considering the trends, do u guys think the process will get any quicker after 15-20 days in light of less influx of new applications?

Dom

Sorry to hear about your case..

I cannot understand the reason of your refusal.. If the agent has considered ur net salary ( after Tax) and if u r getting enough points then why ur application is refused

I think wht happened in your case is, that HO took the payment on 20th but by the time it reflected in Your bank account it was 23rd already, as it was weekend. it happens with my bank statements all the time, whtever i but over the weekend it shows up on next monday or tue. so ur payment deduction date is 20th really and not 23rd. i was amazed how HO sent u the ref. before taking the payment, that has never happened.

never mind ..........ur doc's are on the way. good job mate! :)

Vipul,

Thats a good point you noted.

Even i feel, the magnitude of discussion in this forum has reduced in the recent past. While some have been silent observers of this forum.

If the number of applications has reduced, then i believe it should reduce the timelines for the application approval. But you have to consider other factors as well.

1) August being a "holiday month" - Dont know whether the caseworkers have gone on a holiday

2) BIA may reduce the number of caseworkers as the applications have reduced. :D ... its just a thought.. Not sure.. whats going to happen in the upcoming days..

Applications currently being considered

Post by Tier1_Queries » Wed Aug 20, 2008 9:56 am

Just Called up BIA to know the dates untill which the applications are looked in to.

The CC agent kindly replied that they are looking in to the applications
that are received untill the 30th of June.

Seems that is the thing happeing. The approval speed is slowing down in this batch. Few people get result.

That is exactly wht seem to be happening..................I recon the people who applied around that time will have to wait till the end of Aug. It might be caus of lot of CW on holiday, as most of British people go on holiday around last 2 weeks of Aug. Just a thaught................
