can i consider only 11 months of my earnings

hi all,

since i qualify with only 11 months of my earnings can i apply for tier 1 or is there a rule which states it has to be 12 months of ur prev earnings

basically with all the stuff im reading offlate i just want to apply ASAP instead of waiting till dec

'105. An applicant may claim for a period of earnings of less than 12 months if they have earned sufficient funds to claim the necessary points.'

Read page 17 of the Policy Guidance
