aromated,

What can I say about this, but seems they are bit more fast in changing website updation date rather than Application processing dates.

Application submitted on August 6.

Application ref. number 0241xx

In-country applicant, Russian.

Application submitted with offer letter.

After 6 weeks (Sept 17) my prospective employer sent a fax to Home Office confirming the offer and asking for urgent consideration. 6 days later I emailed Home Office and got confirmation that my application is in the "Urgent folder".

Today (Sept 30) received mail from Home Office with approval of my application (haven't seen the letter yet, my wife told me by phone).

Looks like fast tract applications are getting processed quite quickly. So now I have to do FLR.

Good luck to everyone!

Can you share the details of this job offer fax? What should be stated there? How "official" it should be?

What's happening with my Application

Post by khan » Mon Apr 25, 2005 11:51 am

Hi,

I did apply for HSMP last year in June 2004. My Application received at HSMP office in July 2004, since then I didn't hear any updates.

I have got the reference number 016***** but they always sent their web site which shows old processing dates.

Can anyone help me as when can i have an update on my application. All my original documents are with my application :(.

Thanks
Khan

Decision made, awaiting my documents

Post by ndkhatri » Wed May 25, 2005 12:16 pm

Got an email reply from HSMP Team, stating that the decision has been made on my application and documents despatched to me. I haven't received the documents yet. They excused to tell the outcome of decision, so don't know if it is accepted or rejected. Just waiting for the documents to arrive. Following is the timeline of my case:

Application Dispatched: 30th March 2005
Mode of Payment: Bank Draft.
Didn't get acknowledgement. Sent an email on 28th April 2005. Got reply next day with:
Reference #: 409xx
Emailed again on 20th May 2005. Got reply that a decision has been made on my case and documents despatched to me on: 16th May 2005.
They excused to reveal the outcome of the decision. Just asked to wait for the letter.

So, waiting!!

Cheers,

Dear Dhaval,
I had seen the msg.from your side on 01/06/05.
Now my question is as below,
U had applied your first application on 29/06/04
Result was sent by hsmp team on 29/04/05 that means after 36 weeks.

i had applied my application on the dated 31/08/04 and today it has compeleted more than 36 weeks. Shall we guess that the result of my application was decided by them?

I had mail them in last week but they replyed that "your application has still not been dealt as yet for know the cerrent proccesing pls. go throw www.workingintheuk.gov.uk" but i think that it was auto mail what is your opinion??

Have u subbmited the urgent request form or not???

(I have to send them URL form or call them or not?)what is your opinion???

Pls give me keen reply if possible

Regards

Lloyed

Dear Lloyed,

FOrtunately when i called them for the first time, before that i had sent them a several mails asking my status of applciation. And may eb because fo that or some other reason, when i called HSMP for the first time, i heard that they have receieved my Urgent Treatrment Reqyuest and my case will eb dealt as soon as possible (they never committed any time, and even said "may be not within nxt two months").

Later, after a fortnight or so, when i sent them a mail agains askign my status, i was repleid that the decision is made on my applciation.

So, best thing for you would be to give them a call and know the exact current status of your applciation. If its still pending, you can send the Urgent Treatment Request.

Wish you all the best....

March applicant - refused

Post by ndkhatri » Wed Jun 08, 2005 11:27 am

Unfortunately my HSMP application was refused. I was awarded 15 points for education against my claim of 25 and 0 points for experience against my claim of 50. Though I have a real Masters degree (17 years of study) and 4+ years experience with 1.5 years in senior role. I applied under young applicant category. Following is the timeline:

Application Dispatched: 30th March 2005
Mode of Payment: Bank Draft.
Didn't get acknowledgement. Sent an email on 28th April 2005. Got reply
next day with:
Reference #: 409xx
Decision Made: 12 May 2005
Decision outcome: Refused
Letter Received: 02 June 2005
Dispatched review request: 06 June 2005.

Keeping my fingers crossed, as advised by the friends.

Cheers,
