Different Date of ILR and Tier 1 Dependant Visa

Hi,

My case is main applicant has ILR and family members are on Tier - 1 dependant and i need to extended them in beginning of next year..

I do have following questions.

1. As main applicant got ILR on Jan 2017 so do i need to change Tier 1 dependant visa now or wait until Feb 2018 and then extended it ? (as there current T1 - dependant visa is valid until Feb 2018).

On what basis did you get ILR - 5 years on Tier 1 or 10 years long residence?

As long as you got ill on tier 1 basis this should be fine

Not if ILR has been granted under 10 year long residence
