Hi
i am working in social development. i want to know that my experience is of senior/specilaist level or not .
My duties are as under.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES Current

 Assist in designing participatory methodologies to implement project activities
 Develop & implement training program for field teams comprising community mobilization & organization, participatory data collection & analysis
 Support field teams in planning, scheduling & compilation of reports
 Assist in designing school, village, union council, Tehsil & district education plans
 Responsible for developing progress, process & analytical reports, district education plans, presentations and case studies
 Assist in developing communication & advocacy strategy and material
 Support the implementation of awareness & advocacy strategies
 Support design & reports on baseline studies
 Assist in designing functional child focused databases
 Facilitate networking & linkages with other organizations addressing child rights & child protection issues
 Assist in project monitoring & evaluation exercises
 Facilitate capacity building of staff members
 Conduct staff appraisals
 Assist the Project Coordinator in other project activities



Previous

• To coordinate and supervise the field team to meet the project objectives under the given time frames and targets.

• To facilitate communities during need identification, support field team in appraisal process, supervision of project execution and operation & maintenance of the completed projects.

• To monitor the ongoing activities against the agreed work plans and to evaluate the projects against the agreed objectives.

• To ensure the facilitation from Project Management and sector specialists regarding the development initiatives.

• To review the progress of the team and facilitate monthly work plan and action plans for achieving targets.

• To prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports, case studies of various development activities.

• To attend various visitors, deliver presentations according to their visit objectives and arrange their field visit.

• Preparations of field units budgets and maintenance of accounts of projects and office impress

Overall it doesn't strike me as senior or specialist position, sorry. The items below sound like senior, but you'd have to emphasize them and expand in detail if you want them to be accounted for, IMHO...
