Hi all,
Just a small doubt regarding Integra verfication form. For my employer telephone number is it enough if i give the board number of should i even give the extensions . Please clarify me soon as i am going to apply for my EC by this friday.

I called up again today morning the BDHC and now they are just asking to call the VFS number. VFS says that they have no updates.

Integra people are smart enough they will figure out whom to call and ask for verification. Irrespective what number you give, they will either reach HR or accounts depts of the company.

I just got a reply from BHC saying I've been issued the Visa and my passport will be couriered today.

Hi, I have applied for EC on 25th Feb 2008 at Pune, I am checking the status on vfs-uk.co.in...but it is saying the application is forwarded to BHC.
How to know the Integra status? what's the BHC phone no?

Today I have got a response from BHDC stating that with the message

"Thank you for your e-mail.
You may wish to note that you have been granted the necessary entry clearance. The passport will be despatched later today or tomorrow. Please contact VFS Global our commercial partner for details on retrieval of passport.

"

Please let us know what does it means...

Congratulations, It means you have been granted the VISA. You can collect it from VFS or if you have opted for courier, it will come home.

Do we need to submit the Birth certificate while applying for EC?

Has anybody got EC stamped, when applied on/before 15th Feb?

I'm bit anxious as I see the status unchanged for me. i.e. "... forwarded to BHC.." Not sure of Integra checks as well.

Dear lovelydj4u,

I have submitted my original driving licence for EC Check. We can submit eigthter Driving licence or Birth Certificate for the age proof .
It would be better to submit Driving Licence Original ..

Hi Guys,

I have got reply from BDHC today...

" Dear Sir

You have been issued the necessary visa. If you have opted for the courier service the passport will be despatched to your address by VFS Chennai tomorrow, else please visit VFS in the region you applied for counter delivery the day after tomorrow."

It will be useful if you submit, in my case, I didnt submit anything, I even forgot to submit by Driving License.

Hey guys, I've seen a lot of conflicting and confusing information about when one needs to enter the UK [i.e. from date of stamping] and how long one can stay out. Does any one here know the answer for sure?

@ce98118,

It's ideal to enter within 3 months max. Also remember for extension you need to show last 12 months earnings. So you got to be earning in UK for the last 12 months before you apply for extension. You could probably travel outside UK during that period provided you steel meet the required criteria for 12 months earning.

I have applied for my EC on 27 Feb 2008 and I have entered planned date of travel as somewhere in Mid april.

I forgot to mention in the covering letter that I want EC starting from Mid April. Can I pass this infromation?

Please let me know the details if someone has any.

Hi all,

Congrtas to sunny_hsmp and antouk. as I told to the group that I got mail stating that " I have cleared EC Check and They will sending my passport thru courier from VFS" .

Today I tried to track the passport and it says that " INvalid Search " . Is this message is getting to me or for all who has got a mail like me .

Please respond for the same .
