HSMP guidance

Post by ameena » Thu Apr 03, 2008 3:05 pm

I have read the HSMP guidance notes on the BIA website and have one query regarding page 23, paragraph 28, entitled past earnings :

the guide states that earnings must be for a consecutive 12 month further states that there can be gaps in employment within this 12 month period......

This is rather confusing ...please could someone explain this to me.

(I left first employer end May 2007. started with second employer 15 June 2007. there is a gap of 15 days when i wasnt employed)

ther can be gap but if u reach benchmark in 12 consecutive months u r fine

for ex. Jan -Dec salary earned £40,000 in temp work , 3 months no work in that period , u r fine
