ILR Tier 1 General + 1 Dependant

Dear All,
I would highly appreciate if you could advise on the following. I have called to UK Border Agency twice with this question, but every time I got a different answer.

I am Tier1G applicant, my wife "PARTNER" is my dependant. We have spent in the UK 5 years and are going to apply together. Do we have to fill two separate applications or I can include my wife as my dependant in my application and send just one joint application.

If you are applying for ILR together with your depandant(s); I think you only need to fill one application form SET O, but you will need to add the details of your dependant(s) in Section 2 of the form.
