i applied on 25th feb but havent got any verification call . I have lost my tracking number as well.

Is there any address where i could send an email to check the progress of my application?

As far as I know abt. changes in Tier1 from 1st April, there will be no effect on how much points u will be getting from your earning right now, but the only thing is, they set a standard that how much one should earn (atleast) to apply for Tier1 after April 1st. For visa application forms, goto border agency website and search for forms. Yes, points for qualification will remain same after April 1 but one need to be Masters Degree holder after that change (don't know, Masters from pk will be considered or not?). This is what I know about change in rules. Hope that will help you. You will get in depth knowledge abt it from guidelines/changes in rules in border agency website. GOOD LUCK for your friend...

Dear, its surprising to hear that you lost your tracking no. means your application submission reciept. Sorry to say, but that shows your non-seriousness and carelessness. You don't need to worry abt the progress much, rather you should worry of taking your docs back as they require that reciept which you lost

I think, you should talk to the agent in VAC and he/she will guide you on that... GOOD LUCK and sorry, if you mind my comment.

yea thanks pal, but the real issue now is, when to travel?

People tell horrible things about UK market, and moreover it is very hard to decide how to manage and get a reasonable job over there.

Any suggestions people?

zeeshan will leave in the 2nd week, he can be helpful. Anyone else?

- When you think that you can be patient and self-motivated
- When you think that you are not going to be a big loser if GOD FORBID luck din't click for a while.
- If you are damn confident that you will be getting one there..

i have got my passport and documents back today, exactly after 1 month. My visa is REJECTED.

I sent two statements of different accounts. 1 for maintaince funds and 1 for salary. Despite of telling everything in cover letter, Case officer considered the salary account for maintainance funds. I cant appeal either

u should go for the review first and then appeal. inshaalah u will win
can u tell me is ur verification is done by your company and bank. as my friend apply from pakistan but he has not yet received any answer for tier 1

1 - Which form he have to fill for tier 1/hsmp from Pakistan

2- M.A in physiology current point 30 any one can tell what points gona be after

31marchâ€¦â€¦â€¦..

B4 31 March it used to be

MA from Pak = UK BA = 30 b4 30 march

MA from Pak = UK B.A = Point ?? after 31 march

2- his current monthly salary is

54000rs x 12 months = 648000rs Per year

How many point he can claim from earning ??

Adnan is right, don't lose hope and apply for AR first and if God Forbid it din't work, go for re-apply(if you can). But, You know what? I like to comment something, which might look bad to you as you are in the situation which is really very sad one, and I don't know exactly as in which scenario u applied for this visa, beleive me, ppl who got it or getting it, are really confused to decide for the travel, coz of the job market there. You might be earning good amount here by the Grace of ALLAH and for you at this particular point of time, there should be something bad for u there, that is why ALLAH let your application rejected. Believe me, ALLAH never do wrong for anyone. Just THANK ALLAH, and Pray for what is better for you in His eyes. InshaAllah u will be successful.

and it in listed on UKBA calculator and gives 30 points (b4 31 march/ hey may change after 1-april/ or maybe after 1 april M.A from Pakitsan=0 Points)
Any idea do he need to have compatibility letter from NARIC

HOW he can calculate his earning points from Annual income RS-648000

Dear, it is always good to keep oneself on the safe side, so it will be better to have that compatibility letter from NARIC.
About past earnings, I don't know much about how to calculate it, SORRY, that is coz. my consultant did that for me.

mashALLAH zaeeshan. You are very very right. There must be something good in the refusal. There was letter in written that i cant appeal. So, does it mean that i cant apply for administrative review?

Will administrative review cost me any thing?

And no, i had no verification done from employers. I dont know abt the bank. It was like calm before the storm

Thx dear, i have checked the photocopies of documents i have submitted at VAC islamabad and found that i have written a wrong date in the application which was for the uk previous visa for which i wrote 12 oct 2009 while the stamp date is 12 oct 2006.
Will it create a problem for me as they have my passport and the visa is in that passport has the right date on it which is 12 oct 2006.
if it can create a problem how should i contact them to tell them that it is writting mistake before they take any action on it.

Hello dear! Hope you doing fine there. I think that there will be no issue of writting the date mistakenly as they have a proof of that visa and they are atleast that much witty to judge that it is written on form mistakenly. I don't think that they gonna take negative action on that though, but GOD FORBID, even if they do so, you can easily challenge it in AR. Don't worry and PRAY to ALLAH Almighty for yourself and every one else too...

well im currently in UK on WHM visa status for last 2 years.in last two years i tried my level best to get in professional job but i couldnt make it.
i did masters in electrical engineering emphasis on internet systems ,

what i want to know that does anyone take any solicitation from any consultant in pakistan .bcoz its been 4 year since i left pakistan for my masters program so i am quiet outdated for pakistani visa filing procedure,

now in my case presumably i need some professional guidence 4m pak as i already accumalte lot from UK for my TIER 1 possibilities.

well if some one knows any top consultant who help me in TIER1 process just let me know coz i have lot of complication in my case ,i.e all coz of spending 2yrs in uk without having professional job.
