@Newcastle

How are you doing?WHM type visa?SOrry about that, but I have no idea of it dear. As far as guidance required in Pakistan, there are so many consultants there, I am from karachi so I heard about two (most accurate in UK visa applications), TIMES CONSULTANT and PROFESSIONALS. May I ask you dear, what makes you to stay here that long and why are you planning to convert it on Tier 1 now? Do you think, it really worth? I am here in UK as well, and on Tier1 visa. I came here on 12th April and since then, I am not really getting responses from companies in Telecom sector yet. Anyways, goodluck to you.

@theimmigrant

Dear, I am sorry about that, but I don't have any idea about your query. GOOD LUCH to you anyways.

@ALL

How are you all there? I am OK Alhumdulillah. This is my first post after my departure from Pakistan to UK. Little update for you all here; the job scenerio isn't that good here, and thats true. But I personally feel that it isn't that bad at all and one can find job here once being patient and consistant in applying. Weather is getting better day by day. Don't wanna say much right now as it is early to say something about job market in this short time, HOPING for the best anyways!

Need Prayers from you all here.

GOODLUCK to everyone.

Best Regards

@hhsmp
You could have my email address from my profile dear. ANyways, it is go2zeeshan2004@hotmail.com, you can email me. GOOD LUCK to you.

@theimmigrant
Dear, as I said in my previous post, that it will be very difficult to find someone for councelling, as its a fast paced life here and everyone, once enter UK, will got really busy in job search or job, whateva the case is. As far as market is concerned, I advise you to visit different recruitment websites and search for jobs of your area, you will get the idea, how the market will behave for you, as everyone, even in UK has to go through this process, so its good to go through the websites from PK and get the idea. Hope that will help you in resolving your problem.

GOOD LUCK to you anyways.

@kingfahad35

Can you please mention the following for your friend.
  1. Country of study
  2. Qualification
  3. Institution
  4. Length of course
  5. Subject
  6. Year of award
I tried with your given information and it gives me 0 points. I think your friend should get Letter of Comparability from NARIC for safe application.

@kingfahad35

Sorry to say, You are getting 35 points because you are manually selecting Master's degree from the drop down below the qualification listed. When calculator awards 35 points to any of the degree you added then dropdown list box doesn't appear.
I strongly recommend not to proceed as this is not UK's equivalent Master degree. Meanwhile you can ask for Letter of comparability from NARIC to be verified.

Any info on where the applications are sent for processing from KHI visa office? Are they being sent to Abu Dhabi or Islamabad? We submitted HSMP dependent application on Tuesday at KHI visa center. Status shows application has been sent to Islamabad. Is it correct? Asking this becuase I need to send some additional documents. Thanks.

@kingfahad35
You are confusing yourself and others. Please understand the following
If the point based calculator awards you 35 points while adding your qualification then this means you are safe otherwise explicitly selecting Master's degree from the drop down doesn't guarentee that you will get that much points.

Experts please comment
