This wait is killing me. Is it normal ?? the only difference is that people who applied around the same time as me paid by CC and i paid by cheque. Does anyone know if thats why my case id delayed??

Don't worry mate. You're not alone. This is my 10th week as well... I am surprised how people applied almost 2 weeks after us getting their documents back and we not :(

I am 10 weeks as well as you two. Really upset. Just want to remove this emotion as possible.

Same here! I feel really low and sad aswell but have to be optimistic and positive at the same time.

I figured this out some time back that There is no point calling them as they dont have the up to date info.

darksun dont worry at all.....there are volume of applications waiting for 10 weeks or so....i also do fall in the same category.... there is not much use of calling them....infact i happen to exchange mails with my case worker....and as per her there are volume of applications which are processed but waiting for dispatch....anytime u may hear a good news....cheers

approved on 11 august.
Stamped on 18 august
got documents on 27 august

ni i din't apply for urgent treatement.But when i called two weeks before one nice CW told me that it was sent for stamping.The next week when i called they said it is still under consideration(i feel if the CW doesn't want to tell any deatils they tell us still under consideration.so guys who din't hr from HO be positive as it takes more time in stam,ping and dispatching after approval.Best od luck

Finally its good news from me :lol: ..Got the visa stamped till 2011. I had applied through a consultant on 16th Jun,tier1 approved on 25th Jul and my consultant got the docs today after 1 full month....Had sent an urgent treatment request last week as my visa is expiring on Sep 10th ..All the best to others waiting...

WOW! After 1 month and that too after urgent treatment request.

When was it stamped mate??

Thanks grant1...The visa is valid till 25th Jul 2011,so the stamping must have been on the same day,dont know the approval date of tier1,will post details as soon as i get the docs.

Thanks mate for the kind and reassuring words. This is my 11th Week. could u plz tell me how did u managed to get hold of CW's email. did u sent an email on the generic BIA email address or did she contact u first regarding any specific issue??

Thanks to the god. HO has started sending the Doc's back. seems like a big batch is coming through now and they have decided to sent the doc'd through now. Lots of people who provided special delivery envelopes have recieved there doc's back today and hopefully rest will be getting them soon by the look of it.
