I heard people who applied around second week of Feb, 2013 still have not seen any status update on their visa processing.

Even at the UK BA site its still showing the processing time for January, 2013. May be there is huge backlog and i guess it may take some time for our visa as well.

If you look at this link it says 80% of the applications are done in 15 working days, so you will probably get it next week

Did you try to get in touch with VFS center where you applied. If your application has taken more than 15 working days in case of Non -settlement visa, They have asked to send email to the VFS customer service in which you have applied.
