Salary slip on letter head, stamp required?

Post by Anil Mamidala » Sat May 22, 2010 9:07 am

) Payslips: These should be either formal payslips or on company headed paper. Where formal payslips are produced on plain paper they must be stamped and signed by the employer. Payslips which are not on headed paper or the applicant receives all pay slips online, he/she must authenticate the evidence by asking the employer to sign and stamp a printout. If the applicant provides payslips, they must cover the whole period claimed (for example, if payslips are produced monthly, the applicant must provide the payslip for each month of the period claimed).

According to above statement - If I produce 12 months salary on 12 letter heads of company with signature of HR manager. Is this ok or should each letter head carry a stamp ?????? or stamp is not necessary if 12 salary slips taken on company letter head. Please clear my doubt.

Thanks a lot

Take 12 print outs and get each signed and stamped OR a letter from your org claiming the Gross and net salary for that years period.

Either of these will be one source of evidence for earnings points claimed.
Hope this helps
