tier 1 application refused, help plz

hi, sorry for the late reply.

I answered no for those questions. Pleanty of reasons as on their website it states I was ok, but lets not get to that.
My solicitor, advised to write a cover letter roughly stating that I was under the impression as long as the self employment was of the same profession and was less than 20 hrs a week, I was ok. But to voilate the conditions of my stay was not my intention. And now I understand my conditions of stay, and I am reapplying only with the salalried employment. I also cleverly mentioned the previous case worker's name and case number as suggested.

Anyways, since my application I still have not recieved any confirmation letter from the home office. Payment has been deducted from my debit card though. Fingers crossed and hoping I'll get thru this time.

I would just like to inform you guys that I have recieved my approval yesterday. My visa is stamped for three years. Thanks to this forum for help and pointing me in the right direction.
