Tier 1 General Dependents extension

Hi ,
Can anyone help on the below.
1.Me and my children are going to apply the Dependant extension and my husband has got ILR. I am going to use PBS form.

The issue is i have funds in my account for maximum days. but for around 20 days i have insufficient funds but if i combine the funds in my husband's account for those days it would be sufficient. SO is it really ok to combine main and dependant accounts fund to be summed up ?

Visa expiry : Feb 23 18
Fund maintained in my 1st account : From Nov 28
Fund Requires combination : Nov 1 to Nov 27 (Husbands around 900 + my 2nd account 1100)

I have to show 2 accounts of mine and 1 from my Husband. I know it will be confusing but i am running out of time to wait as the visa will expiry by Feb 23
