WTF?? UKBA has your passport and decision for more than 3 years????
you need to write to MP, get in touch with solicitor (may be sue) etc. As per UKBA guidline, they have to tell after 6 months so not sure what's happening.
Also, start a separate thread in forum rather than posting to this TimeLine thread

Oh for god sake please don't advertise ur immigration services here on this board.
People who come here are already intelligent enough not to require agency services .
Typical Indian mentality of using whatever means to promote and make money .
Disgusting

If not, then write to your Case Worker straight away. Should anyone needs assistance in this, please, send me a message. I will respond back, InshaAllah.

Friends please suggest on this

Hello,

Friends please help me .I am really worried .

I applied for Tier -1 general extension 10 days before for myself, wife and 2 kids. Yesterday I got Biometric letter for my dependants but for my case instead of Biometric letter, I have received a letter stating that "your application raises issues relating to the european convention on human rights" and will take more then 8 weeks in processing.

what it means ?Why they not issued biometric letter for myself ? Do I need to take any action email/phone etc

I am self employed and provided all required company documents and funds supporting documents.

Regards
Cjoy

1. Current vignette: Tier 1 (General)
2. Date application posted: 25-10-14
3. Date application received at UKBA: 27-10-14
4. Date payment debited: 28-10-14

Query: I see the payment debited only for one application. I have applied for Tier1 Dependent along with the Main Applicant. Would any of you be kind enough to let me know if payment will be deducted for all applicants at one go or will it be on a different date.

Friends,

I'm a bit worried as it has been more than 2 weeks since I enrolled my bio-metric details in the post office.
I have not received any letter/acknowledgement yet.

Going though the above posts, it appears that I should have received an acknowledgement in about 3 days.
Is anyone on the same boat here?
