Which is obvious isn't it? For British Degrees what can NARIC say? that the degree is equivalent to UK Degrees? But UK degrees are UK degrees - no point in any comparison!!

i guess i now know the reason behind UKBA's hide n seek game :D Mr Osborne has taken away 20% of their allocation. Mr webmaster would be very busy these days there then.

yes! the issue was those pgd's and certificates. but if the qualification is on the points based calculator then why they need to see the letter from NARIC?

After 3 years of studies, I have a PhD diploma awarded by a UK university.

As I am applying for a Tier 2, I rang the UKBA regarding the UK NARIC letter for my case and they said UK NARIC letter is not needed. However, the person on the phone suggested to attach a letter from the university saying that the degree was taught/done in english.

I recomend ringing UKBA 08706067766 before posting your application, specially to get an accurate response regarding whether or not your case requires a UK NARIC letter.
