Short of 4 months for ilr please help

Post by never » Fri Mar 23, 2018 1:57 pm

Hi

My wife she came in uk as pbs dependent ,

She got her visa on 24-Oct-2013

She enter in uk 31-01-2014

She got her extension
28-Aug -2015

Her visa is going to expire 28-Aug -2018

So if i calculate this period only 4 months is short of her indefinite

Which is due in jan 2019

Is there any way I can cover this period

Awaiting reply

She can apply within 28 days before her visa issue date. The rules changed in January for PBS dependents.

She still has a shortfall though.

How did you get to this date??

You stated her original visa issue date was 24 October 2013. If you minus 28 days, it is not 1st August.

Apply for an extension and when she qualifies for ILR, apply to vary her PBS dependent extension.

This is ALL you need as your spouse is the ONLY one on a PBS visa.
