Should we apply for PBS Dependent Visa Extension Or ILR

Hi,

Can someone please suggest if we have to apply for PBS Dependent Visa Extension Or ILR. My Wife's PBS Dependent visa is due to expire on the 24 August 2018. I became a British Citizen in May 2017. Here are the key dates,

Tier 1 General Dependent Visa - 17 Sep 2013
Date Entered UK - 25 Sep 2013
Current PBS Dependent Visa Renewal Date - 24 Aug 2016
Current PBS Dependent Visa Expiry Date - 24 Aug 2018

If I calculate from the date she first entered she will complete 4 years 11 months. And if I calculate from the first visa date, it will be 4 years, 11 months, 1week (23 days short of 5 years).

With these dates and the fact that I am already a British citizen, Can we apply for ILR or should we apply for a visa extension?

She can apply for ILR anytime WITHIN 28 days before 17th September 2018.

Does she satisfy the 5-year completion rule? If we consider Visa Start to End dates, its 23 days short of 5 years.

Should be fine to apply 28 days before the date of visa issue.
