Psw refused 04/09(maintance fund); appeal won may/09; visa received 16/11/09(2 years PSW).

Very important advices needed pls:-

After this long battle can I leave the country for about 2 months?
Will immigration officer going to ask any Q’s on my return to uk?
I am living here for about 7 yrs and when I apply for “indefinite leave to remainâ€
