Teir 1 Invertor! specified continous period required for ILR

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me if i was to apply for an investor visa for 3 years where i can apply for ILR after 3 years, how much time am i expected to stay in UK for out of those 3 years in order to satisfy the requirements for ILR?

also is there a limit to how much time one can spend outside the UK once ILR has been granted?
