Hi,

My partner is from asia and she has applied for her civil partnership visa. Now i am in the Uk under tier 1 psw visa till march 2013. Do i have to apply for a civil partnership visa as well?

Please can anyone help me out! I need to get married in february

Are you female? CP is for same-sex partners. Fiancee or proposed CP visas are not available to applicants whose sponsors are not settled in the UK (people like you) so I wonder what type of visa you may be referring to.
