CAN I WORK IN UK PLZ ADVICE

I applied for PSW but unfortunately visa refused and i applied appeal against the refusal decision .Now my case is in court of appeal .before this i was on student visa with 20hours work per week allowed .Please advice me can i still work under section 3c or 3d because i try my best to understand these section acts but its very confusing .
Please help me in this , I really appreciate .

u hv same rights of work until ur appeal is concluded so u can work 20 hrs/week.
Between whn did u apply for ur PSW ?
