Can PSW holder registered a own company?

Hi,

My friend got the psw visa and now he wants to start a business. Business should be registered before starting according to the law.

Thats why just want to know can he registered a company own name and run by law or is there an other way to do this.

yes he can there is no problem as this status allows u to do self empl. work

The thing is, After two years PSW visa expiration, which type will be used for extention, and on what kind of basis.
