I got a frend involved in this CCL stuff but he sick now and gone home 1 month but ask me to watch what is happening. have look at this web site

http://www.ait.gov.uk/Public/Searchunreported.aspx

and type in date 09/12/2009 and search back few days. Lots of CCL appeal results and all failing. Even where appeal allowed before the home office has appealed and won. Its all being based on the test case which is being used as case law.

I'm praying for sucess your appeal in high court, case is coming soon?

Hi there

Post by slightee » Thu Jan 28, 2010 7:14 pm

First time post here. Got my appeal rejected by AIT. Went for the appeal based on papers. I intend to leave the country in 28 days. But the passport is held by the Home Office. Should i book a ticket and ask for the passport or should it be the other way around? Any information would help.

Regards.

Do you mean Home office hold your passport buy why. If you got rejection from AIT at first stage you want to leave country within 28 dyas. you still have option for reconsideration and then high court as well.

someone told me that he went to his hearing without any rep..but it doesnt matter as ho rep did not ask any questions n just read the paragraph of test case decision and the judge told him about refusal on the same day..so i think it doesnt matter..but i think lawyer can be a little bit of support though everyone knows what is the reply..good luck to your friend n please update after the hearing.

Thats right TK,

A few of our comrades have been allowed to appeal against draconian decision. With the power and blessings of Almighty, we shall overcome and win against HO.

They can't ruin futures of genuine students my falsely accusing and making up the stories.

Ciao

Those who are already on PSW from CCL need not worry as under no circumstances their status can be revoked or termed illegal. They would have got their visas after submitting the document, which HO would certainly have verified. So neither they nor those who have appealled stand to lose anything.

Groups fighting the case in high court are making very good progress and so far the judges are taking great interest in the evidence produced by the students.
