Good news for genuine CCOL student

It is noted that permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal has been granted on a CCOL PgDip BM case where Lord XXXX XXXXX considered that the conclusions of the Tribunal in NA v. SSHD cannot be read as holding as a matter of law or declaratory that the Business Management course did not exist.

I am sure there must be a website where we can check if we have a criminal conviction or a criminal offence or not ?

Any suggestions guys ??

Any individual cant just check their criminal convictions by going on a website, you need to make a payment and get this check done and should have a good reason for that.
There is a National Database available where the HO, Police, Sensitive Employers etc can see if an individual has a criminal record or not....

(1) Those who assert they were awarded postgraduate certificates in business management (and IT) by Cambridge College of Learning, after completing relevant courses there, will have to surmount the important and obvious problem that, if such certificate courses had been run and examined by CCOL, and certificates awarded to successful candidates, the witnesses who gave evidence to the Tribunal in NA and Others (Cambridge College of Learning) Pakistan [2009] UKAIT 00031 and who were found credible, would have said so. There was no credible evidence before the AIT in that case to suggest that any postgraduate courses in business management or IT were taught and examined by CCOL. It follows that, whilst the evidence in each case must be individually assessed, NA and Others is indicative of there being no such thing as a genuinely issued CCOL postgraduate certificate in those subjects and it is therefore necessary for a claimant seeking to rely on such a certificate to adduce cogent evidence in support.

(2) For the correct way to approach the use of the determination in NA and Others, see paragraphs 32 to 40 of the Upper Tribunalâ€™s determination in TR (CCOL cases) Pakistan [2011] UKUT 33 (IAC).

In this case, he was not satisfied with PSW and tried his luck with T1(G).

As far as I understand, CCOL is flaged and anyone using that name in their application anywhere will be banned, no question's asked.
