Help!!

Post by christinp » Mon Jun 03, 2013 9:33 pm

My PSW visa is expiring soon and my company was declined a sponsor so I am also unable to apply for Tier 2! My question is:

If I went to another country and re-entered the UK as a visitor, will this be allowed? I am from Canada when you don't need a visitor visa to enter the UK.

I plan to go back to Canada to live in September but wanted to spend the summer with my partner.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!!!!

It is permitted but I imagine that if you were to disclose the reasons as you have described above it's likely you will be refused. It seems you don't want to visit the UK, you want to continue your residence there with your GF. How you describe the reasons for your visit so soon after a long period of residence is crucial to your re-entry.

When you are playing video games for extended periods of time without any breaks, your eyes can start to dry out and become sore.

That can also happen if you browse too much porn so be careful!

I'm not a moderator but I thought that my novel way of indicating spam might prompt the attention of someone who can take moderating action.
