Need some advice on this issue.
I have a masters degree and have completed my 5 year time limit cap under tier 4, actually it was supposed to end with my current visa by April 2015. but unfortunately the college was revoked and I have received curtailment letter with 60 day notice. I am 1 yr 8 mnths short of my ILR.
Plan was to go for PhD once my current Visa expires but college was revoked abruptly and don't have enough time to apply for PhD now plus most of the uni's are not willing to issue CAS for PhD if current sponsor licence is revoked.
Been searching for a while and came across a college which is offering "Integrated PhD-Research Skills, Techniques and Methods Education--University of Maribor ---The Integrated PhD is a doctoral level 8 programme, particularly for those students who lack expertise in research skills. Fifteen Months are a structured research and subject specialism taught modules programme for those students who want to complete PhD." entry requirements do mention you need a masters degree and tentative research proposal.
I need advice from experts here whether this will be of any use in my case or will visa be rejected ???
Any other advice concerning tier 2 also welcome.
