Minimum time period to re-enter UK before expiration of PSW?

VISA ISSUED: 20 JAN 2012

CURRENT LEAVE ON PSW : 20 JAN 2014

LEFT UK FOR JOB IN PAKISTAN : 1 SEP 2012

STILL IN PAK APPEARING IN EXAMS WHICH WILL FINISH : 10 OCT 2013

CAN I RE ENTER UK AFTER 10 OCT 2013 AS MY PSW WILL EXPIRE 20 JAN 2013?
IS IT ENOUGH TIME TO COME BACK UK BEFORE VISA EXPIRES???

WOULD IT BE SUITABLE TO TELL IMMIGRATION OFFICER THAT I AM ENTERING UK AGAIN BECAUSE I AM INTENDING TO SWITCH INTO BUSINESS ENTREPRENEUR

Psw category was actually meant to provide opportunity to find skilled job/set up entrepreneurship in uk which in your case does not reveal well and the idea you got as reply to authorities might not work as because that type of visa can be applied from back home too.

but i cant apply business enterpreneur 50k outside uk. Would it be considered as a relevant argument before immigration folks.

The element of discretion always exist if circumstances are fully backed up and if on entering (if being asked) and possess all relevant documents for that application then might be the authorities let you go or maybe advise you to apply from outside.
